Job Summary


The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key customers across the Middle East region. The role involves executing sales strategies, collecting market intelligence, understanding customer needs, coordinating internal resources, and leading contract negotiations to drive growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


Collect and analyze market data to provide actionable insights and support regional managers in developing market strategies.


Understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors to deliver timely feedback to management.


Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.


Participate in bidding and tendering processes, prepare proposals, and execute sales plans to achieve performance targets.


Negotiate and sign contracts with large and medium enterprise clients, ensuring precise execution of service plans.


Monitor customer credit and ensure timely collection of receivables.


Coordinate with internal departments across regional and corporate divisions to ensure business alignment.


Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.


Perform other duties and special assignments as directed by management.


Qualifications & Requirements


Education:


Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.


Experience:


Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development (preferably within the construction machinery or industrial sectors).


Knowledge:


Strong understanding of construction machinery, marketing principles, and international trade operations.


Skilled in data collection, statistical analysis, and market intelligence.


Familiar with enterprise management systems and CRM tools.


Skills:


Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.


Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail.


Innovative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.


Languages:


Fluent in English (spoken and written).
