Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible for promoting the Company's products to medical professionals in government/private sectors
  • Sharing and educating product information, convince in delivering promotional messages, increase disease awareness, answer queries, provide advice and solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers and potential new accounts
  • Performs the calls on assigned territory at specific frequency to drive sales achievement and KPIs
  • Identifying and establishing new business collaborations with HCP/Strategic Partners
  • Organize and implement promotion activities like small group presentation, group product discussions and public awareness program etc.
  • Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
  • Work closely with Marketing and Business Development to suggest initiatives to support growth of business and execute product promotional messages
  • Seek Market Intelligence to understand the industry
  • writing reports and other document

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science-related disciplines such as Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare, Science (Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry) or related disciplines
  • 4-5 years of sales experience, with exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare industry being highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, result-focused and a will to succeed
  • Strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Account management experience would be an added advantage
