Your mission:

We have big plans to grow and strengthen our team, and as such, we are looking for an IT Recruiter.

Our goal is thoughtful spot hiring and individualized approach to each employee.

What will you do:

• Active search for IT specialists
• Conducting initial interviews with candidates and soft skills assessment
• Ongoing communication with team leads (gathering requirements, coordinating vacancies, collecting feedback)
• Organization and coordination of all stages of recruitment
• Supporting candidates at all stages of recruitment until the signing of the employment contract
• Maintaining and updating candidate database in Huntflow

What you bring:

• Experience in a product company
• Experience in IT recruitment from 1 year
• Experience with candidate database and CRM systems

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView 😁
