About the job
Role: You’ll be responsible for developing and managing a high-performance global distribution network, launching and refining partner programs, and driving indirect revenue through alternate sales channels (e.g. loyalty, referral, and strategic partnerships). This key role within AHead Simulations reports directly to the President, and will be a key driver to the growth and scale of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a global channel sales strategy across distributors, resellers, and referral partners
- Expand international coverage by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding high-impact distribution partners
- Develop loyalty, referral, and enablement programs to deepen partner engagement and retention
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to support partner success
- Set and manage revenue targets for indirect sales; track partner performance and program ROI
- Deliver accurate forecasts, sales reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Represent AHead Simulations at key industry events and with strategic partners globally
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in channel sales, global partnerships, or distribution management
- Proven success building or scaling partner programs and loyalty/referral ecosystems
- Experience working internationally (EMEA, LATAM, APAC) with distributors or resellers
- Comfortable working in a small or mid-sized company where strategic thinking and hands-on execution go hand in hand
- Experience in hearing healthcare, medical devices, simulation, diagnostics, professional audio, or related technical fields is highly valued
- Strong commercial instincts, data-driven mindset
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder across cultures and time zones
- Ability to travel 5-10 weeks per year
