The agency is carving out a strong niche in the region through creative storytelling, genuine influencer relationships, and high-impact partnerships - and they're now looking for an Influencer Manager to join their founding team. Role Overview: As Influencer Manager, you'll be at the heart of the agency's growth - managing influencer partnerships from concept to completion. You'll help shape campaign strategies, build influencer communities, and deliver engaging, measurable work for some of the most exciting brands in the family and entertainment space. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned to client goals and audience insights. Identify, vet, and onboard influencers across MENA and international markets. Manage relationships with influencers and talent managers - from outreach and negotiation through to briefing and content approvals. Lead campaign execution: tracking deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics. Collaborate closely with creative and client servicing teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Analyse results and provide actionable insights and reports to clients. Stay ahead of influencer trends, emerging creators, and platform updates - especially within family, lifestyle, and entertainment content. Experience & Skills Required: 3-5 years' experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media. Experience working with influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat. Established relationships within the MENA influencer space. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset suited to a start-up environment.
