About Your Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to establish and grow our influencer marketing channel. This role can initially be a contract position with the potential for conversion to a full-time role, depending on performance and market response. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with Australian influencers and a proven track record of building successful influencer campaigns from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy from 0 to 1,
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key influencers across various non-regulated industries (e.g., wellness, fashion, luxury, e-commerce),
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer campaigns,
- Set clear expectations and deliver measurable results for influencer marketing initiatives,
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing objectives, and
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance and market insights.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, preferably from an influencer agency or a fast-paced startup environment,
- Strong network of established influencers in Australia,
- Ability to quickly establish and scale an influencer marketing channel,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
