This institution requires the services of Guest Faculty for teaching the below mentioned trades as such
applications on prescribed format are invited from the eligible desirous candidates of J&k bearing following
qualifications for teaching the trainees of said Trade. The applications should reach this office latest by 03
of January 2023 along with self attested Photostat copies of all the testimonials.

experience in the relevant field.

NTCNAC passed in the Trade of"Draughtsman Civi" With 3 years post
qualification experience in the relevant field
Essential Qualification:
Relevant Regular / RPL variants of National Craft Insiructor Cerificate (NCic)
under DGT.
B.VocDegrece in civil enginering from AICTEUGC recognized Enginering
Collegel university with one-year experience in the relevant field.
OR
Guest Faculty
for the trade of 03 years Diploma in civil engineering from AICTE/ recognized board of technical
Mason (Building experience in the relevant field.
education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT with two years'
OR
NTCNAC passed in the trade of Mason (Building Ccnstructor) with three years'
experience in the relevant field.
Essential Qualification:
Relevant Regular / RPL variants of National Craft Insructor Certificate (NCIC)
under DGT.

Terms and conditions:
1. The Guest lecturer/Teacher shall be paid remuneration as per applicable noms of the Department.
2. The arrangement shall cease automatically once the session is over or regular arrangement/substitute
aangement by way of transfer/ Intemal arangement etc is made which ever is earlier.
3. The appointce shall have to cxecute an agreement at the time of joining that he/she shall not have any
preferencial claim for regularization or continuation on the basis of this engagement.
4. The above advertisement is subject to outcome of any writ petititon pending in the court of law.
