Experience with Government shall be preferred. |Scope of work Monitoring ofregistrations ofbeneficiaries on AEBAS portal and cross checking attendance records of trainees; maintenance of database (ofline as well as online); monitoring and validation of CCTV records of trainees as imparted by PlAs, monitoring and updation of Hi-| mayat 0fiial website; preparation and submission of monthly reports as per the formats of MORD; Gol, Govt, of J&K and other stake| holders; handling of Kaushal Bharat; exam, monitoring and execution ofvarious webas well mobile apps of MoRD like Kaushal Panjee:| Kaushal Aapti via PlAs of DDU-GKY; monitoring of websites of various PIAs; carry out of various IEC activity; monitoring and run the SOial media platforms of HMMU; updating apprise the authorities about news/Viral videos on social media about the scheme; and| Impart web portals/mobile apps of DDU-GRY related trainings to HMMU/PIAS etc; and any other scheme related tasks assiqned by| HMMU The eligible candidates shall submit their application forms along with self-attested copies of ll the relevant testimonials/documents by or before 20th June, 2022 only through registered/speed post with POD (Proof of Delivery) or personally in the office of Chief Operating oficer, Himayat Mission Management Unit at H.No 16 A/D, near Green Belt Park) Gandhi Nagar, Jammu 180004. incomplete application shall be rejected without informing the reasons of rejection to the candidates. However, the candidates who have already applied against the post vide Advertisement Notice No.Co0/JKSRLM/HMT/51/2018/06 Dated 18.01.2019 of this office need not to apply again. TERMS AND cONDITIONS FOR ENGAGEMENT The engagement shall be purely on Term Contractual Basis, initially for one year only, terminable at one month's notice from either side. The extension shall be subject to the need of the Mission and the performance of the incumbent in terms of achievements of targets so fixed by the Mission. 1. The candidate shall fulfil all the eligibility criteria mentioned for the post. 2. The candidate should bea domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir as defined in terms of S.0. 166 Dated 18.05.2020 issued by the General Admin Istration Department, Government of Jammu & Kashmir. Ihe candidate must possess domicile certiicate issued by the competent authority on the format prescribed for the purpose on or before the last date of submission of application form. The age criteria shall be same as applicable in J&K Government Service. 4. The selected candidates shall have to file an affidavit in the shape of undertaking (duly attested by the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate) to the effect that they will not claim any entitlement for absorption in the Govt, service at any stage of their engagement or thereafter at the closure of the project. He/she is ready to serve in move office or any part of the Union lerritory of Jammu and Kashmir or such place where operations of the society are conducted. 5. There should not be any case of criminal nature pending against the candidate in any police station/crime branch/vigilance or any other organization or in any COurt of law. 6. The candidate has to appear in the written test/interview accompanied with original relevant testimonials/documents. 7. The nature of the post may require to move on six monthly basis from Srinagar to Jammu and vice-versa. Extension in the period of contract may be accorded only after consideration and recommendation of the Performance Evaluation Committee to be set up by the Chief Operating Officer, Himayat, Mission Management Unit, JKRLM. 9. The Himayat Mission Management Unit, JKRLM reserves the right to cancel the selection process at any stage.
