Works as part of a project team to onboard new clients onto a company's products or services. What You Will Do...
- Install, configure and build Azalea solutions (and 3rd party solutions) to meet clients' specifications
- Communicate with clients throughout the software customization and installation process
- Collect data and create appropriate project documentation
- Train clients to use software products
- Ensure the entire installation process is smooth and clients have a positive experience
- Identify project issues and take appropriate steps to resolve them.
- Client Advocacy: Serving as the client's advocate, communicating their needs internally, and providing timely updates and escalations for issue resolution.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and troubleshoot software systems.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer Service: A client-friendly attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing client needs and work independently as well as in a team.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of tools, systems, or concepts (e.g., healthcare, financial services, IT) may be required.
