Since our founding in 2014, we’ve brought together deep private market expertise with leading technologists. Our world-class team has grown to over 140+ talented individuals across Asia, Canada, Europe, and the US all focused on transforming private market transactions.

As part of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to strengthen our HR team and support our global workforce. This highly cross-functional role will work closely with Finance, Legal, and leadership teams across jurisdictions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and maintain employment documents across multiple jurisdictions (Vietnam, US, and beyond).

  • Oversee employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement/pension, etc.) in the US and globally, in partnership with Finance and vendors.

  • Assist with the administration of incentive, equity, and bonus programs.

  • Manage the offer process for new hires - primarily in the US - including compensation benchmarking, negotiations, background checks, and contract execution.

  • Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure smooth execution of payroll, benefits, and equity programs across entities.

  • Support payroll and social insurance administration in Vietnam.

  • Take on additional HR projects as needed to scale Anduin’s global team.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR specialist, or people operations roles-ideally with exposure to both US and international employment practices.

  • Hardworking, reliable, and proactive, with a collaborative approach and professional conduct.

  • Strong knowledge of employment documentation, labor laws, and compliance (Vietnam, US, or other jurisdictions).

  • Proven experience managing payroll, benefits, or equity programs.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage offer processes and stakeholder alignment.

  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
