As part of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to strengthen our HR team and support our global workforce. This highly cross-functional role will work closely with Finance, Legal, and leadership teams across jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and maintain employment documents across multiple jurisdictions (Vietnam, US, and beyond).

Oversee employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement/pension, etc.) in the US and globally, in partnership with Finance and vendors.

Assist with the administration of incentive, equity, and bonus programs.

Manage the offer process for new hires - primarily in the US - including compensation benchmarking, negotiations, background checks, and contract execution.

Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure smooth execution of payroll, benefits, and equity programs across entities.

Support payroll and social insurance administration in Vietnam.

Take on additional HR projects as needed to scale Anduin’s global team.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR specialist, or people operations roles-ideally with exposure to both US and international employment practices.

Hardworking, reliable, and proactive, with a collaborative approach and professional conduct.

Strong knowledge of employment documentation, labor laws, and compliance (Vietnam, US, or other jurisdictions).

Proven experience managing payroll, benefits, or equity programs.

Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage offer processes and stakeholder alignment.

High level of integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information.
