• HR Administration: Oversee daily HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure HR compliance with legal requirements.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR processes and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background:
o Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
o HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar qualifications are an advantage.
• Skills & Abilities:
o Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing a team.
o Communication: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with all levels within the organization.
o Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address employee issues and HR challenges.
o Knowledge of HR Laws: Sound knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, and industry regulations.
o Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with company goals.

o Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and confidentiality.
• Experience:
o 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
