Key Responsibilities:
• HR Strategy Development: Develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and promote a positive company culture.

Qualifications:
• Educational Background:

o Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing a team.
o Communication: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with all levels within the organization.
o Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address employee issues and HR challenges.
o Knowledge of HR Laws: Sound knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, and industry regulations.

• Experience:
