Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Assistant to provide critical support to the HR department, handling a variety of administrative tasks while assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and promotion processes. This position requires a high level of organization, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of administrative HR tasks, ensuring efficient department operations.
- Schedule meetings, oversee promotion processes, collect documentation, and send communications.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions.
- Draft meeting agendas and record meeting minutes for HR-related meetings.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HR administrative support experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS (Workday) preferred.
- Highly polished, organized, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent experience considered).
