Description:
HR Administrative Assistant
Support new hire orientations. Prepare new employee orientation packets on a weekly basis. Create new hire onboarding welcome bags.
Create HR files for new employees.
Work with IS to provide laptops for new hire orientation use.
File employee documents i.e. attendance forms, probationary evaluations.
Assist employees with general HR inquiries and assistance where needed.
Submit HR Tickets for applicable employee transactions such as safety shoe & glasses reimbursement, employee data changes.
Covert archived employee HR files to digital.
Support HR and Maintenance Manager with Maintenance Technician interview scheduling.
Handle HR mail, document shredding.
Support HR Team Members as needed.
Qualifications:
Administrative experience. Prior HR Generalist experience a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office,
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Can manage a varied workload.

Working Hours: First Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm
