HR Admin / Assistant – Aylesbury 3-month contract – Full-Time – £11.40 p/hr (PAYE) – £14.37 p/hr (LTD)
STR Group Services are working with a leading client based in Aylesbury and we are recruiting for a HR Admin / Assistant on a 3-month contract, on a Full-Time basis.
In order to be considered for this position, you must have the following experience and skills;
Candidates with two years proven HR Advisory/administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
Sound knowledge on HR processes and procedures.
Possess great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, persuade and influence at all levels both internally and externally.
Must have a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle.
Ideally, we are looking for the following desirable qualities, however these are not essential;
Experience of working with ResourceLink/ computerised personnel records.
Being a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Our client is a registered charity and not for profit business and they are looking for an experienced HR Admin/ Assistant. The successful candidate may be expected at times, to travel to regionally based Homes and offices to meet the requirements of the role and will require access to their own vehicle. The pay for this position is £11.40 p/hr (PAYE) to £14.37 p/hr (LTD).
