About the job

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning

Develop the organization's strategic plan, aligning it with the company's mission, vision, and values.

  • Market Analysis

Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential threats to inform strategic decisions.

  • Goal Setting

Define clear, measurable objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure accountability.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership

Drive alignment and collaboration across different departments and business units to ensure the strategy is understood and implemented effectively.

  • Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and the board.

  • Performance Monitoring

Continuously monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives and adapt plans based on performance data and market feedback.

  • Risk Management

Identify strategic risks and work to mitigate them to support the organization's long-term success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder from a globally recognised university
  • A minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience gained from large corporations
  • Prior experience gained in leading management consulting firms would be a big plus
  • Excellent command of Cantonese and English, ideally Mandarin
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical and leadership skills
