We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Strategy Head to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA from a premier institute such as IIM, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and bring 10-15 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations. This role requires a strong ability to analyze business performance, design growth strategies, and drive cross-functional execution, enabling the organization to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to design, refine, and implement business strategies
aligned with long-term objectives.
- Lead market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Manage cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable business outcomes.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact reports, presentations, and strategy documents
for leadership review and decision-making.
- Lead initiatives to optimize internal processes, operational efficiency, and resource allocation.
- Support business expansion initiatives including new market entry, partnerships, and diversification.
- Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor business environment and contribute to long-term planning, risk assessment, and organizational transformation.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) with MBA (Strategy/General Management/Business Analytics) from a Premier Institute (IIMs preferred – BLACK).
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in business strategy, management consulting, or corporate planning.
- Strong expertise in business analysis, market research, and financial modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver results.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
