About the job

We’re launching a hands-on internship program designed especially for GIU students! As a Growth & Performance Intern at Money Fellows, you’ll work closely with our Growth team, the creative minds behind driving user engagement, acquisition, and retention.

You’ll gain real exposure to digital marketing, campaign analytics, CRM, and lifecycle management, learning how growth strategies come to life in one of Egypt’s leading fintechs.

What You’ll Do

  • Support in planning and analyzing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Help track and report performance using tools like Google Analytics and AppsFlyer.
  • Contribute to CRM and lifecycle activities (email, push, segmentation).
  • Participate in growth experiments and brainstorming sessions.
  • Collaborate with the content, product, and design teams on campaign ideas.

What We’re Looking For

  • GIU student (fresh graduate or Senior) in (Marketing, Business, or related field).
  • Passion for marketing, data, and technology.
  • Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and creativity.
