Job Description:

Raqbah Properties is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to design marketing materials, digital creatives, and branding content for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs for both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design brochures, flyers, social media posts, billboards, and other marketing materials.
• Create engaging visual content for online campaigns, websites, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand-consistent visuals.
• Prepare layouts, color schemes, and typography aligned with brand guidelines.
• Edit photos, retouch images, and prepare designs for print or digital release.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for ongoing campaigns.
• Stay updated with modern design trends and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a graphic designer (real estate or marketing agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Strong sense of visual composition, color, and typography.
• Ability to handle multiple design projects under deadlines.
• Creativity, teamwork, and strong attention to detail.
