We are currently hiring a passionate, user-centered Graphic Designer to join a collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment.Main Responsibilities of a Graphic DesignerYour responsibilities will include:Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedbackCreating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockupsTranslating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfacesDesigning UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational componentsCreating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teamsIncorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experienceQualifications:•Bachelors or Master in field Multimedia in Animation and Graphics, Arts•Min 2-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, •Proven graphic designing experience•A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics•Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)•A keen eye for aesthetics and details•Excellent communication skills•Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines•Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
