Position Name: Graphic Designer-Arabic Speaking
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Create point-of-sale signing and consumer communication for windows and products and will be accountable for the development of in-store consumer messaging from the initial concept creation to the printed production of the final solution through the use of digital design software. The designs should encompass the brand positioning, product positioning that enhance product offerings, but also convey a compelling consistent consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with VMM’s to develop concepts, graphics and layouts for products and windows
Proof reading to produce accurate and high quality work
Elevate the brand direction through new design trends
Maintain organized master filing systems of all graphic designs projects
Communicate and coordinate graphic projects with vendors and set deadlines
Negotiate with suppliers of graphic materials to meet budget targets while ensuring high quality output
Research new graphic vendors for quality service and price
Develop mock-ups and mood boards for presentations
Works closely VMM’s to understand the needs of the products and prioritize communication for design
Ensure all graphic design work has a cohesive look and feel the supports the product and maintains brand integrity
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Post Graduate or Diploma in Graphic Design
3 years’ experience in Graphic Design
Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal
Highly creative, conceptual, productive and strategic
Possesses strong aesthetic and solid design background
Able to multi-task and handle a variety of complex assignments
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
Organized, efficient and detailed orientated
Must be able to travel and work a flexible schedule to conduct installations outside of standard working and retail hours
