A Graphic Designer with expertise in Print, Video Making, and Social Media plays a multifaceted role in creating visually compelling content across various mediums. This role requires a versatile skill set encompassing graphic design, video production, and social media management to effectively communicate brand messages, engage audiences, and drive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design for Print:
    • Conceptualize and design print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, and packaging.
    • Ensure print designs adhere to brand guidelines, specifications, and industry standards for high-quality output.
    • Collaborate with print vendors and suppliers to oversee print production processes and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  2. Video Production and Editing:
    • Develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts in collaboration with marketing and content teams.
    • Shoot and capture video footage using cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
    • Edit and post-process video content using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to enhance visual appeal, storytelling, and engagement.
  3. Motion Graphics and Animation:
    • Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content and storytelling.
    • Incorporate animated elements, transitions, and text overlays to convey information and engage viewers.
    • Experiment with different animation techniques and styles to bring concepts to life and captivate audiences.
  4. Social Media Graphic Design:
    • Design graphics, images, and visuals for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Develop social media posts, ads, banners, cover photos, and other digital assets to support social media marketing campaigns.
    • Optimize designs for various social media channels, considering image dimensions, file sizes, and platform requirements.
  5. Brand Identity and Consistency:
    • Maintain brand consistency across all print, video, and social media design assets.
    • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and messaging across all mediums.
    • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to evolve and refine brand visual identity as needed.
  6. Project Management and Collaboration:
    • Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and social media teams, to support design and video production needs.
    • Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions and changes into designs and videos as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film Production, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer and video producer/editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing print, video, and social media design work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Knowledge of video production techniques, camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their design requirements, and best practices for engagement.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.
