1. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for ClearIAS' online platform, including website, social media, blog posts, and educational materials.
2. Brand Identity: Ensure that all graphic materials adhere to ClearIAS' brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to integrate graphics seamlessly into educational content, enhancing user engagement and understanding.
4. Conceptualization: Generate creative and innovative design concepts for various projects, including marketing campaigns, infographics, video content, and more.
5. Multimedia Production: Develop animations, videos, and interactive content to enhance the learning experience for CSE aspirants.
6. Image Editing: Edit and enhance images for use in web and print materials, ensuring high quality and resolution.
7. Deadline Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet project deadlines, and communicate progress effectively.
8. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design software updates, and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as multimedia and animation software.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and execute design briefs.
• Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design is a plus.
