About the job

As a Global Sales manager at Delft Circuits, you will be responsible with the team for the entire lead-to-deal lifecycle, building relationships with customers, and driving growth. Your role will encompass lead generation, conversion, and monitoring commercial activities. You will work from our office in Delft and will travel to customers and events around the world.

At Delft Circuits, we’re pushing the boundaries of cryogenic electronics with our flagship Cri/oFlex® platform—the world’s first fully integrated cryogenic I/O solution for quantum computing. Based in Delft, Netherlands, our diverse team of engineers, physicists, and innovators combines deep technical expertise with an open, collaborative culture — where ideas are shared, challenges are tackled head-on, and impact is real.

You key responsibilities will include:

  1. Lead Generation:
    • Map and identify potential customers within the high-tech hardware industry
    • Build strong relationships with these customers by actively approaching them (outbound) and participating in relevant events and conferences
    • Swiftly engaging inbound leads
    • Work together with marketing to drive the pipeline
  1. Conversion:
    • Convert leads into successful sales, focusing on optimizing conversion ratios, margins, and speed
    • Prepare detailed technical documentation and project proposals tailored to each customer
    • Manage contracting processes for large projects, ensuring clarity on volume, speed, and margin
  1. Monitoring Commercial Activities:
    • Coordinate lead generation and sales pipeline activities in collaboration with management
    • Regularly report on sales activities and progress to the management team

What you bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical sales
  • Proven track record in building a sales portfolio.
  • Demonstrated success in selling high-tech hardware (e.g. Semicon, IT hardware or scientific equipment)
  • Strong experience in writing technical proposals and managing contracting processes
  • Experience reporting to the board
  • Fluency in English & Strong communication skills
