Description and Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Internal Sales Specialist to join our Global Sales Team.
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-value Global clients, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with field sales and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work in close partnership with Field Account Managers to deliver aligned, end-to-end account strategies.
- Identify and develop opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling across Lenovo's full portfolio.
- Configure, price, and negotiate customised solutions based on client needs and business outcomes.
- Drive proactive engagement through regular outreach, virtual meetings, and account updates.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales activities in MS Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
- Participate in weekly forecast sand internal reporting to support planning and accountability.
- Contribute to team success by collaborating on sales strategies and supporting group targets.
What are the required qualifications?
- Proven experience in internal or inside sales, ideally within Global or Large international accounts
- Strong knowledge of B2B tech solutions, ideally including Lenovo products and services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Experience with CRM platforms, particularly MS Dynamics or equivalent tools.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to craft and present compelling proposals.
- Collaborative mindset, able to thrive in a team-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Based in or able to commute to Farnborough, with flexibility for hybrid working (3 days in-office).
