DESCRIPTION

At Nexar, we are building innovative AI products that are poised to transform road safety, mobility and autonomy. As a frontend developer, you will work directly with the team building novel AI-based tools to help move us toward this vision. Some of these tools are internal, some are externally facing.

Your day-to-day work will involve turning rough ideas and partially built prototypes into working solutions: coding AI-powered chatbots, fine-tuning internal workflows, integrating systems, and helping us push key projects over the finish line.

Expect a fast-moving, flexible setup where your resourcefulness and problem-solving matter more than formal processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• AI-Powered Frontend Development: Develop AI-driven tools to boost internal productivity

• Workflow Optimization: Integrate and improve cross-team workflows

• Code Quality & Delivery: Deliver clean, maintainable code on tight timelines

• Innovation through AI: Suggest practical AI solutions to speed up internal processes

• Debugging & Performance: Debug, test, and optimize existing workflows or prototypes

REQUIREMENTS

Technical skills & qualifications

• Strong web development background (JS, AWS, Terraform)

• Experience with Python, including scripting and building small services.

• Familiarity with integrations (e.g., Slack, Jira, CRM platforms)

• Proficient in writing efficient, scalable code

• Prior experience with internal tooling or productivity software (nice to have)

• Experience with AI tools, APIs (OpenAI, etc.), and chatbot frameworks is an advantage
