As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the F&B operations in our Blackpool venue, overseeing everything from team leadership and guest experience to compliance, planning, and event delivery. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll be instrumental in shaping service standards, driving revenue, and delivering a first-class hospitality experience.
Your Role: What You'll Be Doing
Operations: Lead and manage all F&B operations, taking a proactive, guest-facing approach. Drive service quality and revenue—especially during peak hours and events. Uphold our brand standards. Plan rotas, maintain cleanliness, oversee stock and team briefings.
Guest Experience: Deliver high-quality food and drink service. Respond to feedback. Champion service excellence. Support junior staff. Assist hospitality services where needed.
People Leadership: Represent F&B in management. Run team meetings. Recruit and train staff. Support team development and welfare.
Safety & Compliance: Own food and health safety practices. Train staff. Ensure documentation and allergen management.
What You'll Bring: Experience in a similar F&B leadership role. Strong industry knowledge. Level 3 Food Safety (current or expired). Passion for customer service and leadership.
