We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in preparing the company for fundraising and/or an IPO. This position requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, financial planning, and compliance. The CA will be responsible for organizing and managing the company s financial data, preparing financial statements, and providing strategic financial advice to the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. 2. Audit and Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes. 3. Financial Planning and Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. 4. Fundraising and IPO Preparation: Assist in the preparation of documents and presentations required for fundraising and IPO processes. Provide financial insights and analysis to support the CEO and leadership team. 5. Dashboards and KPIs: Develop and maintain financial dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into the company s financial health. 6. Tax Planning and Management: Oversee tax planning and compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns. Ensure the company maximizes tax efficiency and complies with all tax regulations. 7. Financial Strategy: Advise the CEO and leadership team on financial strategy, risk management, and long-term financial planning.
