We are looking for hands-on, driven Controller to join our Finance teamRoles and ResponsibilitiesLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Prepare and analyze financial reports (Consolidated US GAAP statements, management and investors related reports).Oversee and streamline finance documented policies, processes and internal controls.Prepare, supervise, review, and approve all tax and regulatory filings and other statutory reports, ensuring full compliance with local and international requirementsPartner with external auditors and ensure smooth quarterly reviews and annual audits.Drive automation and system improvements within our ERP and reporting tools.Manage the payroll process in coordination with the external payroll bureau.Drive automation and system improvements within our ERP and other tools and Enhance and implement additional financial and accounting systems and solutions.Treasury management and cash flow forecasting.Support the Finance leadership team with ad hoc analysis and special projects that help guide strategic decisions.
