Financial Analyst

• Lead CO OPEX Financial planning and forecasting
• Annual Budget planning including O&O and upload in SACP
• Lead monthly forecast reviews and upload in SACP
• Story behind the numbers
• Allocations to P&L
• Month end spend variance analysis (Budget vs Actual/Flash vs Actual/Expected exit vs Actual)
• Maintaining Master Data (Enable MRU/Sub MRU creation, Cost Pool creation, Cost center creation)
• Business level spend allocation, Segment level analysis and handling GBU queries
• Project Management and process improvements
• Automation Knowledge (SQL, Python, PowerBI, power query, VBA)
• Excellent system knowledge in SACP, S4, Webi
• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Understand OPEX impact to overall CO level and P&L
• Provide finance consulting where needed
• Lead, design, and improve financial analysis to drive better business and financial results

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field
• Preferred Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, presentations)
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Superior teamwork skills
• Strong business acumen
• Good project management skills
• Ability to build relationships across teams and cultures
