SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Warwickshire based manufacturing business in the recruitment of a Finance Manager.
We are seeking a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA who enjoys managing a small team whilst supporting the Financial Controller and the wider business in the following key duties:
- Daily management of the Finance team of 4 including coaching & development
- Prepare Monthly Management accounts for the group
- Review internal controls
- Support, prepare & partner actions of reports, such as the Annual Operating Plan/budgeting and forecasting
- Produce Management information to support the Monthly Business Review - expenditure variances & other ad-hoc reporting.
- Develop & build out commercial reporting into BI reports
- Preparation & approval of Balance sheet accounts.
- Ownership of Statutory accounts and tax packs
- Involved in discussions on strategy of the Finance team within the Business.
£45,000-£55,000
hybrid working (3 days in the office)
