My client is a high-growth Fintech organisation in Manchester. Due to continued growth of the business they are recruiting this position into their vibrant and expanding finance function, this is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation that can offer fantastic scope for development and progression.
In your role as the Finance Manager you will be involved with many different aspects of the finance function, including being responsible for core accounting functions such as accounts payables, receivables, treasury and bank reconciliations, as well as the preparation of monthly management accounts, completing budgeting and forecasting, cash flow forecasting, quarterly VAT filings, building and maintaining financial models to aid business performance and support decision making, and developing and enhancing financial processes and controls.
This role will suit a qualified accountant who has experience in a varied finance role who can add value in may different areas, preferably within a start up or high growth environment. The salary on offer is paying up to £70,000 dependant on experience with the ability to work on a hybrid basis, as well as excellent opportunities for development and progression as the business grows.
