### **Primary Care Physician** We're looking for a **Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Primary Care Physician** to join our established outpatient clinic. You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient- centered care. ### ### **The Opportunity** * **100% Outpatient Focus:** This is an excellent opportunity to focus entirely on outpatient primary care. * **Collaborative Team:** Work alongside 8 providers, including 2 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers. * **Ideal Work-Life Balance:** Our schedule runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the option for a 4.5-day workweek. No weekends are required. * **Minimal On-Call Duty:** Call is telephonic-only and averages just 1-2 days per month. ### ### **Compensation & Benefits** * **Competitive Salary:** First-year earning potential up to $296,000, with additional productivity incentives available after the first year. * **Generous Time Off:** Enjoy 7 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO), which includes all federal holidays. * **Professional Development:** Receive 5 days of CME with a $3,000 annual allowance. * **Retirement:** A 401K plan is available with a 6% employer match. * **Student Loan Support:** Negotiable student loan assistance of up to $50,000 over five years.
