ERP Sales & Implementation Executive

Job description

• Understand the project needs, give demonstration to the end-user & convert the potential lead into strong business relation,
• Have to do ERP implementation and provide training to clients,
• Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationships with clients,
• Provide software technical Support and training on calls and remote/online,
• Testing of new software and providing feedback for improvement,
• Have to attend training sessions whenever required,
• Solving assigned tasks based on the estimated time,
• In some cases, an employee should have to go outside the city for more than one day according to companies need.
• Should have to be present in every product fair whether the company is participating or not.
• Generate daily work report
• Reporting to the Support/Sales Manager or Team Leader on daily basis,
• Responsibility will be variable; it may change as per requirement and performance
