Xendit provides payment infrastructure across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia. We process payments, power marketplaces, disburse payroll and loans, provide KYC solutions, prevent fraud, and help businesses grow exponentially. About the Job

Convert Sales and Close Deals

  • Be a champion of Xendit to potential customers and build relationships
  • Actively engage with leads to convert into confirmed customers
  • Assist customers with any needs throughout their onboarding process

Grow Customers and Revenue

  • Follow up with new customers to get feedback on their experience with Xendit
  • Win customers to achieve personal and team sales targets
  • Communicate to internal stakeholders on customer’s needs and request
  • Accelerate merchant ramp-up of merchants to reach terminal velocity as quick as possible

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min. 2-3 years of working experience in any industry, preferably SaaS/Banking/digital product,
    as Sales/Account Management
  • Resourceful individual with ability to seek, identify, contact, and thorough follow ups on leads
    and potential customers
  • Goals (quantitative) and action oriented with a proven track record in meeting targets within
    the same role in current/previous jobs
  • Understand numbers and able to build up Sales Pipeline
  • A self starter, strong willed and highly persuasive in engaging with potential customers
  • Proficient in English both oral and written
