Overview Penguin Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Enterprise Sales Executive to accelerate our growth within the Oil & Gas markets. This role will be instrumental in expanding our footprint by building strategic relationships, winning new business, and deepening engagements with existing clients. You will design and execute sales strategies that position Penguin as a trusted partner in enterprise AI, delivering innovative solutions that address the most pressing challenges in drug discovery, clinical development, and life sciences research. Responsibilities Qualifications Location Remote – Houston, TX Travel This role will have an estimated 25-35% travel domestically. Compensation & Benefits The base salary range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United States is $162,000 - $190,000; the pay ultimately offered within the expected range may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location and education. This position is commission-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
