Engineering Manager

FMCG Company in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Plant Engineer to guide and manage their Engineering Department. The successful candidate would be responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the Engineering department, including all the day-to-day requirements. You would ensure that all procedures and processes are correctly followed while also ensuring that all targets are met. You would be required to manage the team; this would include making sure the team understands the objectives and the standards of performance. The Engineering departmental annual budget accountability would also fall on you.
 
Requirements:
Minimum: Degree in Engineering field.
5 Years related Engineering experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Government Certificate of Competency (GCC)
