Electrical Installation, Repair, and Maintenance: Operate and observe all equipment that utilizes electrical controls or power for troubleshooting purposes Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment. Connects power supply wires to machines and equipment and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment Diagnoses malfunctions such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures Tests malfunctioning machinery and discusses malfunction with Production Supervisors or Maintenance Supervisor and Mechanical Maintenance, to diagnose the malfunction Replaces faulty relays, switches, and motors and positions sensing devices                 Diagnoses and repairs or replaces faulty electronic components, such as printed circuit boards Replaces electric motor bearings and rewires motors Diagnoses and replaces faulty mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components of machines and equipment   Basic housekeeping in general work area(s) Perform any and all other operational requirements for safe and efficient use including any lock-out tag-out procedures Safety Always work in a safe manner, using Stop Work Authority, and always in proper and required PPE. Compliance: Comply with rules and regulations on the job, including but not limited to, signage, handbook rules and policies, and generally acting with good conduct.     Skills Required Electrical Installation, Repair, and Maintenance: Experience in an industrial environment using related tools and equipment Six (6)+ months of training & close supervision in position Acute visual ability to observe product nonconformance. Visual ability consisting of strong dose vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth vision Perform intense manual labor with long work hour. Ability to stand for a long period of time, bend, stoop, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, crawl, and move around work area Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with arms Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occassionally, and 20 lbs regularly              Demonstrates skill in operating equipment Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concreate variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Must be trained and licensed to operate forklift Mathematical  skills:  Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and mass; and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate and use the following instruments – Scale in 1/8”, 1/16”, 1/32” and 1/64” increments – 12” to 72” long; Protractor Head, Diameter Tape – 100’s increments, Micrometers, Diameter Tape – 1/64” increments, 6” Vernier Caliper, 50’ Tapes, Ring Gauges, Squares, Levels, Line Levels, Various Tape Measures, Conversion Charts (Decimal to Fraction, Fraction to Decimal), Tri-Square, String Line, Feeler Gauges, Overhead Scale, Dial Indicators, Calipers     Education/Training/Certifications Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent two-year education from college or technical school    Additional Requirements Work Hours Day/Night Shift, 12hours, Monday - Saturday 6:00am – 6:00pm and 6:00pm – 6:00am Ability to work overtime in order to meet the needs of the operation.    Pay Rate/Salary Starting at $27.00/hr and more Depending on Experiencem
