The Election Commission of Pakistan is an independent, constitutional body responsible for organizing and conducting elections in Pakistan. The ECP plays a key role in maintaining transparency and strengthening democratic governance through free and fair elections.
To strengthen its Research & Development Wing, ECP is inviting applications from qualified professionals for several positions on regular and contract basis.
💼 Available Positions
1. Additional Director General (Research & Development Centre) – BS-20
Qualification:
-
M.Phil degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Sociology, or Mass Communication from an HEC-recognized university.

PhD preferred (candidates with research publications will be prioritized).
Experience:
-
Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in relevant field.

Must have a sufficient number of research publications.
No. of Posts: 01 (Contract for 2 years)
Age Limit: Up to 45 years

2. Research Associate (BS-18)
Qualification:

Master’s degree (16 years) or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Political Science, or related subjects from HEC-recognized university.
Experience:

5 years relevant experience (preference for those with research publications).

Expertise in research design, data analysis, and visualization.

Qualification:

Proficiency in MS Excel, SPSS, R, or Python.

Experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

6. Android Developer / Market / Industry Based Specialist – BS-17
Qualification:

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Java, XML, REST, JSON, and SQL.
