Education and Instructional Technology Director

Education and Instructional Technology Director - Provides instruction, training, and resources in order to facilitate the use of technology in the classroom which will increase student use and knowledge about technology. May coordinate and direct the activities of Technology Coaches in elementary and secondary schools. Reports to the Superintendent Responsibilities Develop a school-wide program, including hardware, software, and curricular planning,  that enables teachers and students to use technology as learning tools Provides resource information relating to new techniques and practices that relate to the use of technology Provide leadership in the selection, ordering, and installing new equipment and software Support our Secondary school’s Bring Your Own Device program  Benefits* Monthly Stipend Health Insurance Housing and utilities subsidy  Airfare benefit after 2 years of service Legal fee, visa permit, and taxes Tuition for up to 3 dependent children Continuing education benefit after 1 year of service *majority of staff members have additional financial support from a sending agency, supporting Church, family or friends
