The Opportunity
As Metaplex expands its reach, we’re hiring an Ecosystem Marketing Manager to own our co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners and content creators
In This Role You Will
- Craft and execute partner marketing playbooks for ecosystem partners and Genesis powered launches.
- Be the point of contact with partners for all marketing requests and questions.
- Develop and execute a marketing plan for content creators, managing their output and content.
- Prepare monthly recaps with key statistics and collaborations in the Metaplex ecosystem.
- Define KPIs for partners and content creators, track performance, and iterate on growth tactics.
- Help decide which live events and digital initiatives are worth sponsoring.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in ecosystem, partner or KOL marketing, with at least 2 years of participation (formally or as a hobby) in the Solana ecosystem.
- Plugged into the Solana world. You’re familiar with all the major Solana players (DEXes, trading apps, marketplaces etc) as well as the top content creators and thought leaders in the space.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen sense of what people care about. You don’t only share partnerships, you know why people should care about it.
- Data-driven mindset with high attention to detail.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, tight timelines, and fast paced startup culture.
Bonus Points
- You are very familiar with events and merch.
- You have built your own personal brand to solid engagement and reputation.
- Video content skills.
Compensation and benefits: The base compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in the Metaplex Foundation’s token incentive plan. Final offer amount will be at the Metaplex Foundation’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
