Position Objective

The Marketing Manager is a vital part of on-site marketing and communications. This role ensures brand standards are upheld across online channels, print, and creative programming—delivering impactful materials on time, on budget, and in line with corporate strategy.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and working closely with the General Manager and corporate office, the Marketing Manager drives revenue and brand awareness by:

  • Managing creative projects from concept to completion
  • Producing collateral, signage, website updates, and presentations
  • Leading social media, influencer partnerships, and email marketing
  • Collaborating across departments (Spa, F&B, Sales, Rooms) to design engaging programs and promotions
  • Maintaining brand compliance and consistency across all platforms

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily website CMS updates, social media content, and digital campaigns
  • Build and manage email marketing calendars, CRM lists, and ROI tracking
  • Partner with PR, media, and agency teams to maximize exposure
  • Capture content at events and coordinate on-site photo/video shoots
  • Design marketing materials using Canva and brand templates
  • Support sales with presentations, third-party listings, and promotional partnerships
  • Lead weekly marketing calls and collaborate across departments on revenue-driving initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing; hospitality experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written/verbal communication; writing samples required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CMS, CRM platforms; Canva/Adobe Suite a plus
  • Experience in social media, email campaigns, and content creation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including weekends/holidays

  • Knowledge of design, photo/video editing, and digital platforms
