- Participate in well planning and design processes, including casing design and bit selection.

- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to improve drilling operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in drilling operations
- Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, tools, and equipment

- Valid certifications in well control and drilling safety procedures
