  • Show a deep commitment to crafting clean, efficient, and reliable software that meets both technical and user needs, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve code quality and ensure long-term maintainability.

  • Drive the technical vision for the company, ensuring innovation and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to improve business performance.

  • Develop and execute a roadmap for all technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to identify technology needs and design solutions that drive business growth.

  • Proactively identify areas of technical debt and work with the team to prioritize and implement solutions that improve code quality, enhance system performance, and reduce long-term maintenance costs.

  • Maintain oversight of IT infrastructure, security, and data management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Ensure the company’s technology systems are scalable, reliable, and secure.

  • Manage technology budgets and resources effectively, making recommendations for future investments in technology.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company competitive.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the technology team, encouraging innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to assess and implement third-party solutions and tools when needed.

  • Evaluate and mitigate risks related to technology projects, systems, and operations.

Qualifications:
