As we continue to grow, we are launching an Accounting Services practice to support our clients with their local entity accounting needs.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Director of Financial Services to build and lead our new accounting services line in Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment, has a deep understanding of accounting best practices, and can develop a scalable business model for our new service offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Line Development: Build and launch our accounting services practice, defining the business model, pricing, and operational structure.
Client Service Delivery: Oversee and manage accounting services for our clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.
Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a team of accountants to scale operations efficiently.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Saudi accounting and tax regulations, including VAT and Zakat compliance.
Process Optimization: Implement efficient processes and technology to streamline accounting operations.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to refine and expand our service offerings.

Job requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a client-facing role at an accounting firm or corporate services provider.
Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s financial regulations, VAT, and Zakat requirements.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a new service line.
Experience managing accounting teams and client portfolios.
Familiarity with accounting software and automation tools is a plus.
CPA, ACCA, SOCPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
