Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new and evolving advertising products, with a focus on video, streaming, and OTT solutions.
- Ensure product market fit through a deep knowledge of the needs of video ad buyers.
- Define positioning, messaging, and narratives that articulate Bloomberg’s differentiated value in video and cross-platform advertising.
- Partner with Product and Commercial Strategy to prioritize innovation opportunities and ensure readiness for global market rollout.
Sales Enablement and Packaging
- Build compelling product narratives and sales materials that simplify sophisticated capabilities and highlight measurable outcomes — including one-sheets, playbooks, and case studies.
- Training programs in partnership with global sales and enablement leadership to ensure consistent messaging and adoption across markets and formats.
- Translate performance insights, client feedback, and competitive intelligence into product refinements and go-to-market optimization.
Market and Competitive Intelligence
- Lead analysis of trends in streaming, connected TV, and digital video advertising, identifying emerging technologies and new monetization models.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to advise product strategy and differentiation.
- Collaborate with Insights & Research to harness Bloomberg’s proprietary data and audience understanding to drive commercial advantage.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as a connector across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Editorial teams, ensuring strategic alignment and detailed execution.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in advertising, marketing strategy, or product marketing within a media, technology, or advertising platform environment.
