Role

The Digital Operations Manager will oversee digital planning and execution to ensure alignment with business objectives, customer engagement, and measurable revenue growth. This role owns website operations and leads the successful implementation of marketing technologies across the organization. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of website management (CMS, SEO, personalization, lead generation, AI search) with proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration. This manager will also champion 2–3 key marketing technology rollouts annually, enabling the marketing team to scale impact and accelerate pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own web content management on Octus.com via WordPress; leverage personalization (VWO) and internal/site search (Algolia) tools to deliver relevant user experiences.
  • Support product, growth, and corporate marketing teams to deliver web content strategies in line with SEO/GEO best practices.
  • Manage the execution and optimization of lead capture forms, ensuring seamless data flow into Pardot and CRM systems.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Director to implement website optimization strategies that drive traffic acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Effectively project-manage website enhancements or marketing technology initiatives, coordinating with all relevant stakeholder groups and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance KPIs; contribute to quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify and recommend new tools, technologies, or processes that help improve marketing performance, efficiency, and user experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in web content management, marketing technology management, or digital operations at a mid-size or enterprise B2B company.
  • Hands-on expertise with CMS platform (WordPress) is essential
  • Working knowledge of personalization, A/B testing and site search tools preferred.
  • Fluent with website analytics tools and able to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to identify and clarify key requirements, while educating non-SMEs on digital marketing best practices.
  • Relationship and consensus builder, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Team player, driven to excel, who aligns priorities with business growth.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.

The salary range estimate for this position is $85,000 - $95,000

The actual compensation will be at Octus’ sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for an additional annual discretionary bonus.
