About the job
Tuum is a next-generation banking platform. We enable fintech and banks to rapidly offer seamless and tailored financial services to their customers. Our core banking platform is revolutionising the financial services industry. The platform is API-based, consisting of flexible and independent modules covering all retail and business banking capabilities for quick and easy integration.
Launched in 2019, Tuum is headquartered in Tallinn and is backed by investors including BlackFin Capital Partners, Karma Ventures, Portage Ventures, and CommerzVentures.
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who combines strong technical skills in digital marketing with a creative mindset and a curiosity for data. You’ll take ownership of Tuum’s digital channels, managing campaigns across LinkedIn, X, search, and other digital platforms to build awareness and generate demand.
You’ll join a growing in-house marketing team and work closely with our Head of Marketing to bring B2C-level execution and innovation into a B2B fintech environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys experimentation, knows how to translate insight into action, and wants to see measurable results from their work.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across paid social (LinkedIn, X), search, and display to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Manage and refine Tuum’s website and landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing to ensure digital campaigns align with brand and messaging.
- Own performance marketing analytics: track metrics, manage dashboards, and report on ROI.
- Bring fresh, data-driven ideas from B2C and e-commerce marketing to enhance our digital approach.
- Support campaign automation, lead nurturing, and audience segmentation in our CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Test and scale new channels, formats, and creative approaches.
- Partner with sales and marketing colleagues to ensure campaigns deliver qualified leads and meaningful business impact.
Our expectations
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a mix of B2C/e-commerce and B2B or SaaS experience.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Familiar with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting — you can extract insights from data and act on them.
- Strong understanding of website optimisation, tracking, and conversion techniques.
- Creative, curious, and eager to experiment with new digital formats and tactics.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
What we offer
- A key role in a growing marketing team shaping the future of Tuum’s go-to-market.
- The opportunity to introduce modern, data-driven digital practices in a fast-moving fintech environment.
- Room to grow your skills and career as the company expands internationally.
- Competitive compensation and benefits.
- A culture that values initiative, learning, and creativity.
