Digital Marketing Manager
About the job
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy across multiple channels to drive lead generation
• Lead paid-for digital advertising campaigns (Google paid, programmatic) to hit sales and onboarding targets
• Lead and administer HubSpot CRM marketing system including data management, automation, report building, HTML emails and HubSpot integration to maximise ROI
• Build live dashboards and produce monthly board reports demonstrating marketing effectiveness in real time
• Manage extensive contact lists with effective segmentation and GDPR compliance
• Build email campaigns and automated client journeys based on interactions
• Support Communications Manager and external agencies with SEO-rich content, copywriting and case studies
• Analyse data to inform local and national marketing campaigns, including social media and paid advertising
• Play a key role in developing the overall marketing strategy and budget alongside the broader marketing team
Requirements
- Marketing qualification or equivalent experience
- An excellent understanding of digital marketing strategy and best practices
- Good knowledge of content management software and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong SEO technical skills (Google pay per click and Programmatic advertising)
- Extensive and demonstrable B2B experience
- Experience leading paid-for digital advertising campaigns
- Experience with HubSpot integration, CRM data management and automation
- Experience ensuring GDPR compliant data handling and contact list segmentation
- Copywriting, editing and proof reading skills desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines, and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
