You’ll ensure that digital products are easy to use, add real value, and align with both business objectives and client expectations. From discovery through to delivery, you’ll be a central figure in ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver measurable results.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or customer-facing environment, who is confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll have a strong grasp of user experience principles, be comfortable working in agile environments, and have the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, practical solutions.
