We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conversational AI (Druid) Business Analyst to join our Data & AI Team.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and define simple technical/functional requirements to be transposed into scripts
• Create and maintain documentation related to conversational flows, platform requirements, design, and user guides
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and solution architects, to deliver chatbot solutions
• Designs low complexity conversational flows (e.g. QA flows) within chatbot platform
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users
• Actively participate in client meetings to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct project SCRUM ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective) and maintain the status of the project

Skills and attributes for success

• Highly driven, autonomous, resilient, and a team player with a strong work ethic
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work under tight timelines, in cases for multiple project deliveries
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Conversation design.
• Good English communication skills in appropriate business language
• Ability to analyze and understand business problems and express them in UML or other flow modeling systems

Nice to have

• Certified in UiPath (or any other relevant automation technology) with a minimum of 1 year of practical experience
• French and/or German language skills
